This was a great read, String. Living on autopilot is my biggest fear and the inspiration behind most of my writing. It's incredible how your day-to-day (and, therefore, life!) can improve when you live with awareness. It takes effort, though.
I’m exploring a thought about autopilot… there are times we get busy, that turning on autopilot makes sense. When we do flip that switch, it’s set to guide us toward our goals or becoming a better version of ourselves.
The question is, how do we program that autopilot to make good choices and keep us on track, even when we’re not fully engaged?
